Cancellation Policy
Deposit fee of $25 is required within 24hrs of booking.
No deposit = No appointment
Deposit fee is NONREFUNDABLE
Zelle will be provided upon booking & goes towards service fee. Remaining balance will be due at the end of service.
Acceptable payment forms include: Cash, Zelle or Apple Pay
Tardiness: 15 min grace period,after 15 min appt will be cancelled.( Deposit will automatically forfeit)
Reschedule: Please reschedule 24-48 hrs before scheduled appointment(Deposit is transferable during this time)
Cancellation: Please cancel appointment at least 48 hrs prior to scheduled appointment. Same day cancellations will automatically forfeit deposit.
